We are happy to announce the birth of another amp, the MI-6.
Based on the same outstanding circuit as the 18, and with the same qualities, but with a 6V6 twist. For those who prefer the 6v6 platform for the power tubes, its the classic 18 preamp mated with the traditional 6v6 tone. This amp has been tweaked to provide that classic Marshall tone also, but with slightly less high end chime than the el84 tobes provide. A bit thicker . Like all of my amps, this is available with any number of custom voicings and options.
This amp is set up with 2 seperate and distinct channels. The first channel is a little on the cleaner side, but will get a nice grinding blues crunch when pushed hard.
The second channel is set up with a master volume, and a full range eq. It can go from a nice shimmering clean to a killer ballsy blues to a great classic rock crunch. Not over the top mushy gain, but a great classic singing gain, think hot plexi or hot blackface levels of gain. Very articulate and touch sensitive.

All handwired turretboard construction. Nothing but the finest parts are used in the construction of every amp I do.
Amp is available in any solid color at no additional charge. Custom tolex designs are available, please ask about any ideas you may have, or go with one of our custom designs.
Also available as a combo for the same price as the EL84 combo version.
